Terms of service
Service and Schedule: Mowing
- Mowing services are based on a weekly cut, and are booked for the entire season.
- The service includes mowing and blowing clippings from walkways/driveways.
- We will book a specific day for your mowing, and try our best to maintain that schedule. Rain days, however, can change that schedule briefly.
- Mowing alternate between mulching and bagging. for bagging days, the clippings will be removed and taken to the land fill.
Service and Schedule: All other Summer Services
All other summer services will vary for scheduling and frequency. During the quoting step we will confirm these details to ensure they support your schedule and budget.
General
- Please ensure pet waste is cleaned before your mowing service. Areas with pet waste will not be mowed/trimmed.
- Cleaning up children's toys is also appreciated.
- We will move backyard lawn chairs and light tables to accommodate a full mow.
- We cannot move large objects such as slides and trampolines, and will do our best to mow around them.
Billing and Cancellation
Billing is done monthly, and we accept Visa, MasterCard or eTransfer as part of regular billing.
Cancellation Policy -- Services can be cancelled with 30 days notice, or at any time during an offseason.
